Me and my girlfriend were together for three years. She is divorced and has a child. First time i saw her at the starbucks and that was the day i felt for her. I never had the guts to talk to her. I always use to wait for her there at the same time. So one day i was surprised when she approached me. After that we started dating. We got very close to each other as of our same backgrounds and culture. I was very nice to her daughter. I luved her daughter as my own daughter. We became buddies. My girlfriend always use to tell me what she is been through in her marriage life. As her ex cheated on her all the time and use to beat her every time and use to treat her very badly. I had one think in my mind no matter what happens i ll never give up on her. I use to see that how her ex still use to threat her and abuse her over the phone. She told me at the divorce time she was left with nothing so she asked for shared child custody, so that her daughter can get love of her father. I was really surprised when i saw him the first time and then i thought luv is blind as she is very pretty. She use to act different sometimes. I could understand her behavior as what she is been through in the past. When ever her daughter use to come after a week living with her father she use to act different towards me for the first few days. My girlfriend use to explain me that don't worry about her behaviour coz you know why she is acting like that after visiting her DaD. Sometimes there use to be fights between me and my girlfriend too. We broke up twice before and still got back together after a gap of a month. I always use to approach her no matter whose fault it was. I always have to be sorry. She has no friends here and her parents are in other country. She faught with her best friend and they were not on talking terms. Few months back we had an argument over the phone and as she was very rude to me on the phone so i said some really mean things to her too. On that day she was about to pick her daughter up so at the same time she told her ex about our fight and he calls me and tells me not to go near her daughter again. This thing really shocked me that why would she do that after 3 yrs of our relationship after what he has done to her. So i went to see one our mutual friend and told her what happened. Our friend talked to her and told me that she did in the heat of the moment. I really got emotional that after how much i love and this is what she do to me. So after few weeks i approached her and we got back together again. On that she also told me that a year back when we broke up she went out with someone else just to get over me coz we had a fight which lead to our breakup. She told me she came back to me coz she really loved me. I accepted her back. But after i am a human being and have emotions too so that thing always stayed on my mind. Her ex was very abusive and he blamed her for somethings in the court and also use to text her bad stuff. So after this incident i got very insecure and jealous. So i just made up something in front of her. I told her that i went to see your ex husband and he talked bad about you. I was just lying coz i was hurt. Then one night we had a huge argument and i made some stuff up and blamed her from which she started crying. I felt really very bad that night when she cried coz i really love her. I said sorry to her. But the next day she told me that she has called her ex and she wants me to confront him coz she wants to know the truth. I knew that i lied but i was very ashamed to tell her the truth at the same time. So when i confronted her ex husband she came to know that i was lying so she started yelling at me infront of him and told me to go away and told me never to contact again. I know that was my fault that i lied but why would she speak like that to me infront of her ex and it seems like she was taking his side. I never cheated on other women with her. I know i lied at that time coz of my insecurities. After few weeks i explained everything to our mutual friend and our mutual friend explained everything to my girlfriend. My girlfriends answer was she don't want to see me anymore coz i lied and she told her that she has my number and if she wants to contact me she will. She is also going through a lot of financial trouble coz her ex husband is not giving her child support and he knows that she can't go to the court coz it costs money. She use to tell me that he use to stop giving her child support when he use to know that she is dating with someone. He already has a girlfriend. Its been a month and a half now since we talked. I need help with a problem. I need to decide whether to ask my girlfriend something. I'm 18 and shes 16. We've been together for 4 months now. We havent fought once and we're really happy together. I myself am a virgin and have never had a girlfriend other than her. She has had quite a few boyfriends and one that bothers me most was one person in particular. She told me she had sex with him and I only recently came to terms with it and got over it for the most part. I had brought this up several times with her before I finally let it go. I'm married and have a girlfriend on the side. I'm trying to get out of the marriage without hurting my wife too bad but it's really complicated in terms of kids and lifestyle. My girlfriend is also married and has been a stay at home Mom for a number of years. She has low self confidence because of her low life husband, and is just now going back into the workforce to try and earn a living so she can leave him. She is afraid to leave him for fear of the impact on the kids but overall she is just afraid of what he'll do to her as he has hit her before. He is connected in town so calling the police when he hits her isn't a viable option. I can afford to support her and her kids plus my kids at home in a decent lifestyle and I know she wants to be with me too. She is trying to make a good life for her kids but doesn't seem to get that the real damage being done to them is for them to see her getting abused by her husband. How do I convince her to leave him? I feel lost and lonely without her and don't want to end this relationship but don't know what else to do to move things along. Please Help. In March , I went to the Dentist for a regular cleaning and he detected a very shallow cavity in one of my molars using the laser light cavity detector. I got the cavity fixed with a composite filling and since them I have been having problems. First the bite was off and after 4 adjustments, the bite starting feeling well. But after the last adjustment, my tooth became very sensitive towards sweats, temperature and chewing pressure. A new dentist I went to see thought that it was just irritation from the adjustment problems so he said to just wait to see if there was any improvement. Over the months there is improvement, but the sensitivity to chewing has not completely gone away. I can chew soft things but not crunchy foods, like chips, that hit my tooth just right. What should I do, I have been thinking about having this filling removed and have a temporary filling put in to make the tooth calm down before putting in the long term filling. The new dentist says the filling and X-rays all looks good so he does not see anything wrong anatomically with my tooth and since things are getting better to just wait, since messing with the tooth may irritate it more. He is also having me use Prevident toothpaste. Now besides the sensitivity, I am also feeling pressure, like there is something stuck between my teeth. She's more than upset. The last thing she texted me tonight was "The only lover I am ashamed to have been with is you." This struck me deep and pisses me off beyond the realm of anger. My reasons for wanting to know her past is so that there is nothing I don't know about her, so that we are closer. When I am with her I don't think about this stuff but I just started imagining how many times (number) she has had another man inside her....and it drives me insane. By this, I mean I'm having trouble keeping my attention on anything at all for the shortest amount of time. My short-term memory is horrible, as is my working memory. I could be holding something in my hand, put it down somewhere, then, literally, after a few seconds, I'd have no idea where I put it. This has been happening for a few months. I used to read book after book and I can't get through one page now. I feel extremely disoriented. I'd often forget what word I'm spelling halfway through writing/typing it. And I can't feel anything. I can't be sad or happy or sympathetic. I've completely forgotten what those emotions feel like. The most 'feeling' I've had is being very anxious or paranoid, which happens fairly often. No one believes me. Everyone thinks I'm exaggerating. But I know I wasn't like this before. It is actually completely ridiculous. Does anyone know what this might be? Or can anyone help me find a way to be able to focus again? I've tried taking Adderall. I've tried taking various multi-vitamins and eating tons of fruit for two months. Nothing is working. And I'm 18 and a girl. And I'm also currently taking Wellbutrin... If that matters.But I'm taking the Wellbutrin for depression. I'm already seeing a psych. And like I said earlier, I can't feel sad anymore... To the point where I can't even remember what it felt like. I was really emotional before. I'm American and both of my parents are Americans as well, but my dad got a job in South America when I was 7 so we moved there. I became fluent in Spanish within months and less than a year later, people would comment on the fact that I didn't sound foreign at all. Everything was in Spanish there, I only spoke English to my parents, which wasn't very often because they worked long hours. I still spoke it though, and I replied to them in English, though I sometimes forgot how to say certain things and I'd have to use a Spanish word in the middle of my sentence, and sometimes even more than one. I moved back to the US when I was in the 7th grade, so it's not like I was there all that long. But I've noticed that I tend to stutter when I speak English and I "slip up" in terms of my accent and sometimes I can only think of Spanish words to describe what I'm trying to say. When I slip up, it's usually just one letter, and I'll know how to make the sound but I just can't get it out correctly. I'll try multiple times sometimes. When I'm speaking, I also tend to just speak incorrectly, when I'm trying to speak fast. In conversations this happens often, and I'll have to repeat myself. I also can kind of "feel" the wrong sounds coming out and I don't go back and correct them because that would make it even more awkward. What would you consider flirting? I don't flirt purposely or consciously, and I do get in trouble for it. For example, at this camp, Sally started falling for Christian but I didn't start talking to him until the very end of the camp. I asked a conformation question, and i was told my horse's conformation reflected him being worked hollow. But I don't think he's being worked entirely hollow. It's really hard to get him to actually round up, but he's not like, nose to the sky or anything. Like, I said he was, because i don't think he's being worked round....but is there an in between? And maybe I'm completely wrong. If so, can you explain exactly what in his movement reflects this? I'd give you the whole videos, but he is doing a nose to the sky thing in some of them, because i was working on getting him collected and he was evading the bit...butt head. I built a relay board that I can control from my PC (16 separate relays, directed over USB, using a COM object I developed.) The first thing I decided to automate is my sprinklers. (I would've needed a new timer otherwise.) Scheduling x minutes every y days is a no-brainer, but is that really best case for the grass? Maybe it would be better to split it up into 2 or 3 (or more) shorter events? One cool thing I've already done is schedule a warning event; 5 minutes before the sprinklers come on for real they come on for about 30 seconds, which is how long it takes for water to start coming out. That way the anyone on the grass gets warned by the sound of air being pushed out of the pipes, that if they're still there in 5 mins they're going to get wet! My long-term goal is to read data from my weather station, to automatically adjust the watering schedule according to conditions (skip when it rains, extend when it's hot and dry, etc.) But I think I'll need to know a lot more about grass to do that effectively. Any insight will be appreciated. TIAi am: Yeah but the price of those things is freakin outrageous, some of them involve subscriptions -- what a crock! Besides I'm not looking to compete with those, this could be a sample app for the relay board (which also already exist, I am aware, but are likewise over-priced.) I have pretty high arches and need some inserts for my running shoes. I've tried the Dr. Scholls stick-em arch things (which were useless and just fell out/never stayed in place) and the 3/4 ones (shifted too much during my run) because they had the highest arch support. I just got some other ones from Lady Foot Locker today (was at the mall anyway so I figured I'd try), but those, while they'll work for now, don't have enough support to be a long term solution. So yes, it's pretty basic, suggest away :).Oh and about the shoes in case anyone wants to know or thinks they're the issue: I have the Nike Lunar Elite+. Just bought 'em, they're amazing and keep my from breaking my ankles (which insist on trying to roll all over the place). I was married very very young (moved in together at 16, married at 21), and divorced at a young age also (22), due to his infidelity. I've been divorced over 20 years now, so you could say I was "used to" being single. And I was fine that way. I gave relationships a try on a few occasions, but they didn't work out. I'm a Pisces, and I'm very very sensitive, so... Anyway, I entered a relationship (and moved in together) 2 Junes ago with my incompatible sign, a Sagittarius, if that means anything, and sometimes I think it does, because it has been rocky from the very beginning.
