ive always been a bit of a deep thinker and often i think and think about my overall situation , a man that has : faced a lot of misfortunes , made a lot of mistakes , has suffered complex psychological difficulties relating to anger , blind rage and anxiety and social problems . that has a criminal record going back 11 years ago for violence , has been in the psychiatric system , has a record . that is now 32 years old and missed out on an average life because of all my difficulties . a life of building relationships , having friends , being employed , gaining qualifications and most other average things. at present i have lived in a 1 bedroom flat for 6 years working hard on all my adversities and social problems , trying to hold it together, control the anger, i have asked for psychotherapy but im still waiting , the resources are sh1t in my area . ive also asked for another psychiatric assessment to be tested for ptsd. that , is my basic situation . ive made a lot of progress but still struggle to handle people , control my emotions and struggle with my social conduct still. i recently joined a gym to get fit and lose weight because ive got quite fat , but to also stay centred and focus my energy and mental wellbeing ............also to strengthen my left ankle because i tore the ligaments in it years back, and it was operated on last year. because of my social and anger problems i worry how im going to get along in life at the stage of 32 ? im introverted but still want to build some relationships and achieve my personal goals , im scared of ending up alone and alienated into old age in my little apartment . i at times feel very cut off from society , aimless and drifting. my ambitions are i would want to get a decent paid job , and move to a quiet coastal village , buy my own home. but how will i do that at 32 with a lot of disadvantages ? im also worried about someone coming along and trying to fulfill my legacy when i pass on , trying to define the type of person i was etc - i dont want that , i want a private burial , a burial preferably at sea , with no one interfering with me or my body or knowing where i died , how i died or when i died . like a mystery. those are my private wishes . anyone know just what i will do or can do ? more

Hey guys, I've been going to the gym for about a year now and in terms of stomach exercise I do 50 slow sit ups a day (2 sets of 25), When I tense my stomach i can see 4 of my abs reasonably clearly, but if I don't tense them I can't really see them, I was wondering why this is as surely after a year you can't blame me for expecting to see better results.I've heard someone say something about muscles getting too used to the exercise and stuff. where to start with my troubles .... first off i like to think of myself a nice guy, always thought of myself that way. i have never and never would treat a girl bad in fact i wouldnt treat a fellow human being bad at all im not that way in clined. but i am reaching a point where i havnt got the will to live no more. i am 24 and i should have my whole life ahead of me but i dont feel like there is anything worth staying here for. I am gonna take you back 6 years i was the liveliest person you will ever meet i always bought the fun to the world i had my fair few relationships all to end in hurt and pain, "since i always got cheated on" i promised myself that i would back off and stay clear and i managed to do so for around 2 years yes i went through an emotional rollercoaster and just lost site of myself but in the end it paid off i met the girl of my dreams she shined like the sun on a fresh flower of spring i worked up the courage to talk to this girl and we just clicked we had everything in common we understood each other but we kept a mutual relationship neither of us wanted to rush into anything we waited 6 months before we even defined our relationship but she had intimacy issues and would not sleep with me and i understood entirely i loved this girl and knew she was worth the wait and by this point i had already fallen in love with her. i was so happy i just wanted to scream on the top of my lungs to the whole world what to say i had no idea words couldnt discribe how i felt. so anyway 2 weeks in i stumbled into a pub and she was with another guy i was very drunk and was unsure what to think but started to hurt inside like it was happening again and she assured me that it was nothing he was just a mate and i beleave her same as i did back then but ever since then she was really edgy with me and kept saying how she doesnt trust anyone but i fought for that trust my damned near hardest for i struggled with trust issues to. anyway we had our ups and down and after a few month we was back to normal again and all i could think was i love this girl more then life itself what more can i do to show her my feelings i decided to propose to her to be honest wasnt the most romantic way but it didnt matter to me i new she was te one i wanted to spend my life with she thought i was joking with her mates since they was there so she didnt answer me and laughed it off anyway from there we had our ups and downs we split up to get back together to split up again over the next year or so i always chased her because of my love for her i still wanted to be with her no matter what and told her that. In the end we both thought it would be best to take a proper break and while we was seperated she got with about 5 people which really hurt my feelings and as i dug deeper i found out she cheated multiple times on me aswell through our relationship it really hurt my feelings and i just became a wreck i lost around 2 stone and sat in my room all the time didnt speak to anyone and in the end i decided to book a holiday we was still in contact with each other and still meeting occasionaly which was what it was like in the relationship really it got to the point where i would only see her once every 2 weeks hence one of the reasons we took the break anyway i booked the holiday for exactly a year ago and was not going to come back i went out there looking for a job and my nan lived over there so figured i could live with her for a while. All of a sudden when she heard this she came running back and i met her the night before i went and we kissed and cuddled on her couch and at this point she still hadnt slept with me after 3 years it took its tole and seemed like i was always trying it on with her but what she doesnt seem to realise is it mite be 3 years to her it had been 5 for me since i promised to stay clear 2 years before meeting her dont get me wrong i didnt just want to sleep with her i wanted to make love to her to take things to the next level and to get rid of the sexual tension between us anyway she wasnt for having any of it but kinda gave the impression that if i came back she would start being more sexual with me which was great to me considering 3 years and only a kiss and a cuddle to define that we was in a relationship.again dont get me wrong i loved cuddling her i loved holding her in my arms i was more then happy to do so for they were our cuddles "cuggles" as she called em and "snuggles" as i called them. and "i get the picture you n*b head you go on holiday and sleep with first girl you see girl first chance you get i hope she was worth it" on reading this my head just popped off i always promised to be faithfull whether we was together or not she is the girl of my dreams and im not interested in anyone else never will be anyway i tried to clear my head and spoke to her on the phone later that night had argument and assured and reassured that nothing happened and how i ended up on my arse because i dont drink and im a light weight we sorted it but she spoilt my whole holiday already i decided that point i wasnt coming back to england and told her that we ended the convo and i left it and then spoke to her the next day on msn and she asked me to get back with her after questioning it which is understandable in the situation i didnt want her doing it for the wrong reasons.i obviously replied yes thinking she has seen the light .finaly on the same page and returned to england to be greated with open arms from her everything was great for about 3 weeks and we went out for her birthday with her mates one of which "danny" was a guy she has been seen cuddling and holding hands even when we was together .... anyway she spent the night ignoring me i kinda got the feeling that she didnt want him to know we was an item and i kept my distance to as i said i just wanted to keep the peace i got drunk spent alot of money ..in fact all my money and we was standing outside and they all decided to go somewhere else before she asked me so i reply'd with a drunken comment you could have asked first ..i felt like the boyfriend that couldnt supply for his girlfriend or the let down for the group if i had have known she was going there after i would have taken more money with me anyway after this she walks over to a car full of lads one of which was sat in the back seatwith his head poking out of the door and she decides to lift her skirt slightly to straighten her tights which is quite a personal thing for someone with intemacy issues and especially with a guy that is lower then you able to see everything which he could i could see bye the angle he was at anyway my head just popped at this and i just walked off seeing her follow me i just started shouting at her i went to chill out for a while and returned to ring myself a taxi which i was kinda hoping we would Open Question: Am I eating okay or too unhealthy?

firstly I dont want to gain or lose weight I just want to stay the same but define my muscles, I do a lot of toning exercises and horse ride once a week, ive just come out of hospital for 7 months and im going to gradually increase exercise. I do tend to treat myself at least once a day no more than 3 times a day though. breakfast- porrige (made with semi skimmed milk) and a handul of berries lunch- chicken salad sandwich or pasta salad with a small bag of sweets or a piece of fruit snack- a cake or cookie or piece of fruit dinner- 1/4 plate carbs (eg wholegrain pasta) 1/4 plate protein (e.g chicken) 2/4 plate veg and 1 low calorie yoghurt topped with a hadful of fruit im 5'9 and 105lbs (I flucturate between 100-109lbs) but thats what I weighed today, i'm naturally thin and have a small bone structure and Im going to be 17 on june 29th what are your opinions? thanks =] more

I'll describe this insect I found in my garden earlier today. Here goes. It had a short, black body with a longer, spiky abdomen, also black, almost like scales. On the left and right hand sides of the abdomen were yellow stripes, one on each side yet uneven and quirky lines. It had six legs (obviously), all on the body (again, obviously). This thing had no shell and an easily-visualised head. At first I thought it was an old nymph of a cockroach because it was dark in colour and about as big as one. Then I remembered, it was outside, docile and dormant, resting on a leaf on a birch tree. I won't blame you if you can't define this creature, but it would be good to have some sort of feedback. Open Question: How to go about a verbal abusive mum?

My mum is verbally abusive to me, and has been to all my sisters, I'm the only Boy out of all the children, my sister is unemployed and lives at home and my other sister ran away because of my mum, even after the strong indication of my oldest sister running away, she is still so ignorant to say, I don't know why she ran away!!? ... anyway, she yells and criticizes me for everything I do, whether I do it right or wrong.
