Open Question: If YOU work from home, at a bookstore, or at victoria's secret, please help me?
(Sorry it's a bit long, please help) Hello, I am currently a college student getting my Bachelors in Web Designing. I still haven't gotten my Associates degree yet, and I am still in my first year of college. For now, I would like a part time or full time job to earn some money. I have applied to many retail stores in my area and none have called me yet. I have also been thinking about working at home. I have thought about doing medical coding, but unfortunately, you need a certificate or 1-3 years degree experience for that, so I can't do that, and i don't want to anymore. I have also thought about doing translation, but some of the websites that I have come across need people with experience, and I really don't have any. I have tried survey sites such as opinion outpost and survey savvy, & also offer sites such as cashcrate and treasure trooper, but i really don't make any money from these sites, they suck. I did stumble across this site: http://workathomedesk.com/work-at-home-directory.htm and it lists all of the work from home job opportunities that there are. But many of these sites that are listed, require experience, and I don't have any. I did make an account with this site called justanswer.com, but every time I try to sign up to an area, no spots are available and that gets annoying. I have also come across alpineaccess.com but I'm really not sure if they are legit, so I didn't complete the application process, plus I don't have the required supplies to work in that area. I really want to make some money fast so that I can start saving up for college ect... If you are currently working from home without any experience, what do you do, and how did you do it? If you are working at a bookstore or at victoria's secret, how did you do it? I have applied to these locations, but none have called me. Any advice, tips, ideas on how I can start making money? Please help. Thanks for your time! :)The website that I found above is better than the one that you gave me, and it regards the same subject...And 'Smith Joseph', stop trying to scam people. Got a red from my WOT. Fake website. So far, 4 thumbs down...'Smith Joseph' deleted his answer? Good... :)Naw, collegecamjobs is not for me. It looks disgusting, and it reminds me of porno. Grosss... Anyone else? Please help me. Thanks! moreOpen Question: If your purse gets snatched in a store, while your shopping, does the store owe the customer compensation?
my mom got her purse snatched while she had it on her arm at Wal-mart so me and my little sisters don't have any school supplies or clothes we don't have our medical cards or the keys to our house, mailbox,or our car tho we had new house locks put in we would still like to know if they would owe her compensation moreResolved Question: hey uhh check out my essay?
It is better to fight with robots than humans. (agree or disagree essay) I agree with the statement that it is better to fight with robots than humans, since it reduces the number of human casualties in war, advancing with better speed, taking up less resources, less civilian casualties, and no non-firers. As evident as it seems, human casualties will be reduced, since the ones dying in war will only be robots if this statement becomes reality. There is no doubt that robots can be designed and made to be more mobile than humans, since they can be packed with machinery like tracks and much more. War is basically a shortened form of hemorrhage of resources, so therefore it is important to save more resources during the war to assist the aftermath of war. Since robots only consume electricity, ammo, and some simple maintenance if needed. While humans consume, food, psychological assist, electricity, medical care, entertainment, water, ammo, hygiene, blankets, salt, and much more. Therefore it consumes less valuable resources to fight with robots than humans. Civilian casualties can be reduced, since a large area of civilian casualties are caused by soldiers mistaking civilian units to enemy units and firing upon them. A robot will be less likely to do that, due to it’s superior technology and facing no physiological factors it will think straight and fire at what it is suppose to fire upon. At last, it is beyond doubt that a robot would ever refuse to fire at the enemy. Non-firers choose to not fire at the enemy due to his or her fear at hurting others. A robot does not have any fear or emotional factors. Therefore every robot will fire. Human casualties are acute in war. In World War Two alone, 22-25 million military casualties are taken. At the time, streets are literally empty of young men. Double the total military casualty amount of parents are left in grief. This terrific and cruel problem can be solved if robots are being used instead of human foot soldiers. Robots can be designed to run and jump with better mobility than humans; there is no doubt to that. The fastest moving forces in recorded history were the ancient Mongol forces. They were able to advance 150-200 KM per a day. The Mongols were horseback riders, in modern warfare Calvary would be too vulnerable to be used in the front lines. Therefore it would be impossible for troops to move 150-200 KM per a day. Yet with robotic technology, we can reproduce this Calvary warfare capability with cheaper costs and designing them to be less vulnerable then normal horses. This technology is called legged robot. It has already been used on the “BigDog” robot at the present. Although it is only produced for squad transport, however it is possible to design this machine for combat purposes. The amount of hemorrhaging resources in war is significant. In current US currency World War Two costs $1.5 trillion. A vast section of this cost is spent on supplies for troops fighting on the front lines. Everyday troops need to be supplied with food, water, medication, oil, salt, soap, and much more. Troops remaining in the military after the war still need these supplies. Instead if robots are employed, they do not need any supplies except for ammo and electricity or any type of fuel. Between wars, the robot can be just simply shut down and stored away. This lessens the expenses on supplies, this way less money would be spent on food and resources and can be spent on research and much more. Civilian casualties are at most times caused by Areal bombing, but at times are also caused by mental factors of troops or misidentification. Take the My Lai massacre for example. This genocide occurred during the Vietnam War, and Lieutenant William Calley led it. During the incident, hundreds of unnamed Vietnamese civilians including women and children were rounded into a group and fired at. Lieutenant William Calley’s justification for this butchery was because he wanted all communists to die, since they were below human. He was later convicted of the crime, and classified to be a war criminal. Unofficial homicides of civilians in war are generally caused by emotional anger and peer pressure. These unofficial genocides can be avoided if robots are employed instead of humans, since a robot does not sense anger or peer pressure. Also there is a less chance of misidentification of civilians, since a robot can be designed to have better vision than the human eye. Human non-firers have existed throughout history in the armed forces. This has been a major problem to the armed forces. In a survey in WW2, only 15-20% of US troops claimed that they fired at the enemy. Even though the US military attempted to improve they’re number of firers, yet still a large number of troops refuse to fire. With robots being employed, there would be zero percent of non-firers. Therefore it is better to use robots in war then to use human soldiers. Since it would r moreResolved Question: what sort of places have a department like?

Any ideas? preferably something that doesnt require a degree or ten, cos i havent got one, although i am prepared if possible to study towards one whilst working. Im a bit of a list writing geek, ive done lists (or spreadsheets) of things like my cd and dvd collections, books, comics, all sorts of stuff, and im wondering about using this skill as a possibility for work. I have also recently decided a good area to work in would be something to do with medical/disability products/equipment/supplies/aids etc., as im disabled myself, and when i say medical supplies i dont just mean medical, i mean anything and everything you might find in a hospital. i found myself, last time i was on a hospital visit, looking at all the different things in the hospital, its a huge range of stuff, and i think it would be an interesting, varied job to work in that area. but could the two be combined in some way? All i can think of really is working in the stores/distribution department of the local hospital, which would be good, but wanted more ideas. moreResolved Question: Please help me!!!! the medical/disability equipment/products/ability aids/supplies industry that dont require a degree? I have a disability, spina bifida, and i use a wheelchair, and since the government are now targeting disabled people even if they are not capable of work and making them look for work i have looked into things i'd like to do (if i had the choice), trying to beat the government at their own game and jumping before im pushed, and this industry really appeals. Ive spent my life around hospitals, doctors surgeries, podietrists etc and it sounds a bit sad but ive always been interested by the equipment and products i see, so ive decided thats what i want to get into, but as i said i dont have a degree (yet, i am prepared to work and study towards one at the same time though) I was just thinking working in the stores/supplies department of my local hospital would be a good way in as thousands of different products are stored in these places so i think it would be a good place to learn about them. and as i get DLA and hope to get tax credits too i dont mind (not that i would have the choice anyway) of taking a low paid job. Any suggestions on this would be much appreciated, i really want to get going with this like NOW lolI should also mention im not keen on a desk job,not one thats all day every day anyway, being a wheelchair user doesnt mean you cant move around, moreResolved Question: How do I get a Child Labor Permit?
I'm 14 and want to get a job at Sonic Drive-in or a local grocery store (minimum wage is $7.25 where I live, which is pretty good, and one of my friend's older sister works at the grocery store and I'm friends/neighbors with the person who owns Sonic) My mom is on Medical Disability due to a brain surgery she had 2-3 years ago. Apparently, in the state of Texas, since my mom is on MD I am allowed to get a Child Labor Permit. My mom's busy lately so she told me to look it up and find out how. I have no idea where to start and how to. :( I want to have my own money, plus, since money might be a little tight (my twin brother just got braces... My parents are divorced and my dad only gives a little bit of child support...) so I want to use the money to help my brothers and I buy school supplies, clothes, makeup (for me), and other "luxury" items. I don't want to have to ask my mom for money, 1. because I know she won't give it me, 2. I don't want to pester her about it when I know were a bit tight right now. moreResolved Question: What does The Textbook of Medical Physiology and Basic Medical Biochemistry say about losing bodyfat?
I have heard the that bodyfat is not stored in burnable form - that it is more like soap than candle wax. The idea that stored bodyfat will be used as fuel when the diet does not supply enough is a myth. The only way to release bodyfat stores is to use it as fuel by doing gentle continous activity all throughout the day. Is this information correct ?????? moreResolved Question: how can I help my previously disabled 10 year old with his immature/delayed social skills?
My son was born with a severe medical condition that has required a one to one support worker for both classroom and playground activities since he started school. This year (aged 10) the hospital's finally found the solution to his medical condition and he is now considered to be a healthy child that no longer requires a support worker. My son has always attended a main stream school and the children have always been friendly, protective and made allowances for him when he was unable to keep up. Making friends was always easy for him with his disability because the children were intrigued, however holding on them has always been an issue. He is as you would expect with a disabled child more confident with adults than children. Not having had the same social opportunities offered to him because his disability and the constant supervision of an adult at all times has left him socially immature. He lacks the social skills to participate in the playground and has no understanding on how to deal with playground conflicts. Since the removal of the support worker the children no longer make the same allowances for him and his behaviour simply annoys the other children to the extent that he is constantly excluded and ignored. For 10 years he was more than happy in his world of imagination and console games to make up for his inability to play sports, join after school clubs and spend time with friends outside of school because of the allowances everybody made for him. Now disability free the children no longer want to be a part of his world and expect him to participate in theirs but quickly switched off as soon as they realized he had no idea on what was expected of him. My problem is my son wants to be in the thick of every playground game or activity and have an endless supply of friends but at the same time he shows no interest in learning sports because in his mind he's not naturally good at sport and its to much like hard work learning so he would rather go off and play on his own instead. So you can get a feel for my sons personality: When I try to play with him he is extremely bossy, he changes the rules to suit his own needs and if loosing turns it all into a big joke and starts cheating. When I take him out to the shops he runs around the store like its a playground When I take him to the hospital or doctor's or a friends house he starts acting silly and constantly interrupts and answers me back. When he is home with me on my own and playing with his toys he is the most amazing, caring and considerate child you could have ever hoped to have. Think of a child with ADHD qualities and my son would probably fit the description - however I am assured by doctors its simple immature behaviour and that his problem is he tries to hard to be liked but no matter how many times you tell him he doesn't change his ways How can I teach him that to be accepted by the other children he needs to behave like the other children and show him what he needs to know so he can fit in???? In short how do I make my son socially acceptable???? moreResolved Question: Is it safe to buy medical supplies from 99 Cents store??

Its about a guy who lives in future earth and its pretty much survival of the luckiest. You don't find out what happened to earth because he doesn't want to talk about it. He is shot by hunters (the bad guys) and left for dead, but is rescued by a man who had some medical training before the earth "died". He takes her back to his cave and on the way they run into another person a girl who is a little bratty to her rescuers at first but comes around after my main saves her. Then some how by a miracle they also find a boy, Heres what I have so far for my book. Earth for me is a wasteland, everyone is always running too afraid to stand up and fight. They have their reasons. The main reason is to not get killed by the small groups of refugees that I call hunters. Even if they say that you'll live if you give them what they want it's a lie. Give or don't give it's no difference your still going to die. Thinking that your going to live for a whole week is very laughable since not even the survivors that have been out here the longest think they will last that long. Everyone has some short of weapon, but the best is a gun that doesn't even have to have bullets in it. The fact that you have a weapon is motivation enough to get what you want, but I don't do that unless it is under extreme circumstances. My name is Eric but almost everyone I've met has called me Shadow don't ask me why they just do. My food is all taken from long gone department stores and small shops just like the rest of my supplies except water, I have a small stream in the back so water isn't a problem. Even though I get most of my food from stores I still enjoy a hunt despite the dangers. I'll meet people along the way stumbling through the desert I take them back with me saying they can stay as long as they need to. They're gone by morning, but I don't care more food for me. It is obvious that in the end we will all kill each other... may God have mercy on our souls. moreResolved Question: what are my work hours after buying a small business Example Subway?
After getting my Bachelor degree in Business Administration and not ffinding a job i have decided to buy a franchise. So i have decided to either buy a subway or start a lawn cutting business. My dad is claiming if i do get the subway i will basically be there from open to close all day. It just doesnt make sense to me why i would be there all day from morning to close when i will be the one who is basically the manager of the store. I would hire people to make the sandwiches and clean up and what not. Also i know of a guy who owns a medical lab and he is basically never there and another guy runs it and they split the money. He goes to his lab about 10 hours a week. With the lawn company i dont mind cutting the grass myself but im more leaned to the subway since the grass cutting doesnt really make money. You just make money to pay the bills only. Anyways to sum it up where is my dad getting this idea of me working 7 daya week open to close when i only have to be there to make the orders for the business like supplies and what not.the whole thing is my dad is saying if he gives me money to get a subway he wants me to stay at the store open to close. And im saying no thats not what i want to do. Then he says that he will not give me the money then if thats not the case.i want a 40 hour per week kinda thing. I didnt think i would get my degree and then not be able to find a job. Alot of employers dont like hiring new graduates. Thats the whole problem im having now.Another problem is when i agreed to this degree i was told that it gets 30,000 to 45,000 to start thats for a 40 hour week. The franchise may not even make that much and if its more hours more then double why would anyone even do it? moreResolved Question: KW medical supplies store?

I was adopted and made to work on a farm. I was the only child. Growing up all I heard was that I was taking food out of their mouth, that I would be sent back if I didn't behave and do the work I was told to. They always borrowed farm equipment and didn't pay their bills for a year. As soon as I was old enough, I started buying junk farm equipment to fix so they would quit borrowing stuff. Over the years, I had to buy them furniture, ac units, and spent tens of thousand of dollars bailing hay for them for free and keeping them supplied in equipment. I finally got married at 40 and my mother did everything she could to stop it. The land I was promised after working the place all those years was withheld. They wouldn't even give me 1 acre to build a house on. They were in their 70's when I married so I just shrugged and said keep everything and left and bought my own land in the community. 15 years have passed and she complains to everyone in the small community about us and how she lives alone. We got her a $7,000 grant to fix her house, got her a medical alert button, arranged to have meds delivered to her house and a government van that will pick her up and take her to doctor appointments or grocery store. She _itches to everyone that will listen how we don't help her. My wife is the one that arranged all this help for her. We are paying off our land and house and can't take off to take her to appointments when their is transportation. Now, I am sick with stage 4 cancer, I don't have long to live, and she goes weeks without calling how I am. Now she is bitching at my wife for not telling her I was in the hospital. I have been hospitalized at least 9 times in the past 2 years. She has been told I am getting worse and to call more often if she wants to know how I am doing. My wife is either travelling to the hospital or nursing me at home or taking me to doctors appointments. My wife has told her she needs to call more often, that things are changing rapidly. She has not called and I am mad she is bitching at my wife, who has a full plate. With the abuse I endured as a child, I don't have much love for this woman and figure if she can't call, its no loss to me. But she is using the situation to get attention. She lives 10 minutes from me but won't visit. But now she is telling relatives and friends in this small community my wife is keeping her from visiting. I had it out with my mother and told her if she wants to know how I'm doing, just call. She claims it is too hard to call in the evenings and she forgets in the morning. Now she has a relative that wants to take her to come visit me in the hospital and I told them to wait till I get home. The relative is pissed at me for being mean to my mom. My mom puts on an act to get attention. In the past people were fooled by her act and helped her, only to hear thru a third party her complaints about them. One lady took her to the doctor, got her meds, took her to lunch, but made the"mistake" at stopping at HEB for a few groceries for herself. My mom complained to everyone, now that lady doesn't come around. My wife use to help her alot too but got tired of the complaining. We lost our business when I got sick, sold most of our farm equipment, and are holding on by the skin of our teeth to our house. This last incident has made me really bitter towards my Mom. I'm not well enough to protect my wife from this abuse that I put up with for too long. Would like to talk about the infinite benefits of fasting. There is no doubt that the benefits are endless. I would like to point out the many that are very fascinating. Self-Restraint Self-Restraint BY fasting and practicing self-restraint we are exercising the will power, which if intelligently used can take us to great heights. It's our conscious will through which we chose the things we chose to do and accept the thoughts we intend to submerge into our subconscious. Quote: 2:183 O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint Quote: 2:184 (Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast, if ye only knew. The spiritual benefits of fasting are endless. We get close to the Omnipotent power that is the source of all Health, Wealth, Love and all Goodness [Rehmat] that exists. The feeling of peace and serenity that we get when are close to Allah are if anything blissful and beyond words. But what about the physical benefits? There are many fascinating facts. One amazing of such benefits is this: Quote: Abnormal growths within the body, tumors and the like, do not have the full support of the body's supplies and therefore are more susceptible to autolysis. Quote: Due to the lack of incoming energy, the body must turn to its own resources, a function called autolysis. Autolysis is the breaking down of fat stores in the body in order to produce energy. During fast the Billions of dollars are spent on curing cancers, tumors and other diseases that have their root causes due to the energy imbalance in the body. But by fasting we are preventing these things from arising in the first place. After a lot of wear of tear during the year, our bodies need a much needed rest not to mention mental rest as well as worshiping leads us towards inner peace, which if archived will dramatically turn your life around. In addition, fasting allows speedy detoxification of the body, keep in mind that toxins are the root causes of endless disease. The miraculous benefits are endless, I leave it to you to read them from the link below. http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/exchange/node/1834 No next time you are fasting, just realize that what a deeply spiritual thing you are doing and what great benefits it as for you, surely Allah was right when he said that fasting is better for you, only if you knew, thanks to medical research, spiritual healing now do know. moreResolved Question: How Prepared Are You Series: Scenario 20: What would you do if: Day 1 for people WITHOUT...?

What Is Not Allowed to enter Gaza; No tinned meat is allowed, no tomato paste, no clothing, no shoes, no notebooks. These will be stored in our warehouses at Kerem Shalom until further notice. Bananas, apples, and persimmons are allowed into Gaza, peaches and dates, and now macaroni (after the American Senator’s visit). These are vital for daily sustenance. But no apricots, no plums, no grapes, no avocados, no jam. These are luxuries and are not allowed. Paper for textbooks is not allowed. The terrorists could use it to print seditious material. And why do you need textbooks now that your schools are rubble? No steel is allowed, no building supplies, no plastic pipe. These the terrorists could use to launch rockets against us. Pumpkins and carrots you may have, but no delicacies, no cherries, no pomegranates, no watermelon, no onions, no chocolate. We have a list of three dozen items that are allowed, but we are not obliged to disclose its contents. This is the decision arrived at by Colonel Levi, Colonel Rosenzweig, and Colonel Segal. Our motto: ‘No prosperity, no development, no humanitarian crisis.’ You may fish in the Mediterranean, but only as far as three km from shore. Beyond that and we open fire. It is a great pity the waters are polluted – twenty million gallons of raw sewage dumped into the sea every day is the figure given. Our rockets struck the sewage treatments plants, and at this point spare parts to repair them are not allowed. As long as Hamas threatens us, no cement is allowed, no glass, no medical equipment. We are watching you from our pilotless drones as you cook your sparse meals over open fires and bed down in the ruins of houses destroyed by tank shells. And if your children can’t sleep, missing the ones who were killed in our incursion, or cry out in the night, or wet their beds in your makeshift refugee tents, or scream, feeling pain in their amputated limbs – that’s the price you pay for harbouring terrorists. Medicare will reimburse patients for the lift mechanism of a power lift recliner IF the person qualifies per doctor's perscription order. The only places I can find that will process the form for you are the Medical supply stores that sell overpriced, ugly, uncomfortable lift chairs. They will not just hand me over a form to use at a different dealer/retailer. NONE of the furniture retailers in our area know how to do it, and we want a certain chair from a furniture retailer. We will have no trouble getting the doctor's order, our loved one is well qualified and deserving of a reimbursement. We just need a form to submit to Medicare or to provide to the retailer to submit. PLEASE don't ask us to call Medicare--that's red tape that could take a year or more. We need a chair very soon, and the old fella doesn't want to do it unless he can get reimbursement. He also doesn't care to buy a used chair. We pay full price of the chair up front, either we or the retailer processes the form with Medicare, who sends the reimbursement to the patient/insured. The reimbursement doesn't pay the full price of the chair, just a certain amount of reimbursement for the lift mechanism moreVoting Question: DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A BLOOD VIAL WITH ANTI COAGULANT INSIDE IM MAKING MY OWN RUNES?

She got a lame chain letter about "Princeton science students (and teachers) proving cancer caused by the fridge magnets" group 1 of mice ate food stored in a fridge group 2 ate food from the same fridge´s model but it had a bunch of decorative magnets on the door "all the group 2 mice developed cancer" and it says the electricity of the fridge increased the electromagnetic force of the magnets causing this "waves" or whatever to get strong enough to alter the food stored inside. ----------My opinion (please comment) 1- ANY FRIDGE has magnetic edges all over the door to remain closed (so forget the small ones) 2- the door has thick isolation ... I really doubt any strong magnet can traverse the door and affect something on the inside 3- the electrical power supply of the fridge cant affect the little magnets , (our fridge, by the way has other material on the outside..more plastic like but somehow the magnets still glue on it) 4- if this was a single bit true ...then why on earth are magnets officially banned? and why on earth havent the students got their own tv show and nobel price? (and be declared saviours of the universe) ----------------- Any other suggestios? Can you please gimme some scientific proof that explains that those small fridge magnets are not damaging the food. -------------------- PS I know and Ive read scientific and medical professional documents regarding dangers of people with pacemakers that get close to magnets http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/uvahealth/peds_cardiac/lwp.cfm THANKSPlease don´t SPAM. They chose to enter fields where their bread & butter comes from others' "fun" money & wealth. Weather systems & economies are always in flux & cycles, so why should we feel sorry for them? They are luxuries, not necessities. Now I am furious at the lack of support for small business in this country, it's in my blood. The Feds pile on costly regulations & the states tax & assign fees annually on the same $5.00 toaster used in these mom & pop stores, year after year. So this is not about the disparity in the government support to big businesses over small. It's about the complaints over this economy going too far. There is a local florist on TV right now complaining. We can't afford to buy roses for our loved ones these days! So sell cheap daisies for awhile! If folks principle income relies on tips, others' extra wealth & holidays verses medical supplies, hardware stores, necessities, then why should they complain? One clever business down the road that I saw - an art gallery in the middle of nowhere, with no gallery customers nor tourists coming in, has put a firewood & kindling business at the side of their parking lot! This is ingenuity - not the complaining I am listening to on my local Sunday morning programs. The town was already fresh with people when we arrived. The big clock that shined on some ancient accountant building proposed eight fifteen in the morning. I quickly took it all in- the alighting sunshine that rose over the trees and promised another reminiscent ray of autumn heat. I felt the brick roads beneath my boots, I watched low-hanging whisps of clouds whisk across the sky after prairie winds chased them down. A few fruit stands stood up on the sidewalks in front of little shops that held anything, everything in front of calico-colored bricks hit the white canvases of the overlaying tents. People talked, gossiped, shouted over the small crowds to each other. Before I could completely soak it all in, grandpa took me by the elbow and motioned me to follow him to the farm supply store. Located in an old-makeshift theatre lay strewn organized shelves, aisles of rocky mountain tools and the like, hammers, wrenches, barbed wire and medical supplies for the YellowStone guards. I spotted a store clerk shelving boxes of bullets high on the shelves as Grandpa dissapeared and reimerged behind me. He exchaned a quick word with the clerk, finding the metal coils in aisle two and offering a nod of thanks as he made his way to the counter. I took out the crumpled list Mimi had given me to buy at the grocer, and scanned the list three or four times. Something fell off a shelf far away. I heard the small hum of a quiet conversation, Grandpa's worn, deep words cascading across the threshold. I found him in the front by the window, talking to a man who was seated on an old soapbox, polishing a rifle with a small green terry cloth. "I swear, Ralph, they're here for no good. Locked up them animals last night, boys got into the shed- took 'bout everything they could. Food, supplies-" He faded out with a shake of his head. Grandpa responded. "Cops been after 'em?" "Nah, they won't be worried until they cross into the Yellowstone Park. Rangers'll be on them after that." The man bit his lip, a clutter of grey whiskers standing up on his chin as he cocked the gun and finished. He was a stout man, maybe sixty or so, with a big denim jacket, brown eyes and boots. He poised the gun on his shoulder like a soldier. "They think they can come again-" He paused. "Got another thing comin, I'll tell them that. I'm the sharpest shooter in Moren county." Grandpa smiled. I can find all of the instruments like sutures, gloves, scalpels, etc on medical supply stores online, but I can't figure out how to buy Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injections? (This is administered as a local anesthetic). You can't order it unless you are a medical doctor with a DEA license. I'm sure other people are putting these kits together who are not doctors. I'm also pretty sure I calling my MD and asking for a 'scrip isn't going to get me anywhere either.I am not putting together a field surgery kit for "fun" and would never use it unless in an emergency situation. In addition, the circumstances during which it would have to be accessed would be such that lawsuits would be the least of my concerns. There are field surgery kit checklists out there which list the basics of what you would need, and Lidocaine hydrochloride is one of the items on it. I was fired for being late for a Burger King management job, and my unemployment benefits (Ohio) were originally approved. I was employed for about 14 months and had occasionally been late (as had many other employees that were not fired). On the day in question, I was picking up supplies from 2 other restaurants in the chain (that were across town) before my shift started, and I got stuck in rush-hour traffic. My former employer appealed, and there was a hearing over the phone (6 months after being fired). Apparently now my benefits have been revoked and I have to pay back my benefits. I cannot afford to pay this back, not to mention that I feel that they are just picking on the little guy because Ohio unemployment is broke and my former employer is cheap. Also, my employer had fired a few other managers around that time, sales were down, and I was being split between 2 stores because they did not have enough hours at either (they also messed up my schedule continuously or had me working odd shifts). Thus, I think that they really just needed to cut workers and found an excuse. Is there another level of appeals, or do I have to accept this as final? I have not received a ruling in writing, but the website says that I was "overpaid" and have to pay them back. Is there any exception for not having enough money to pay them back? I only just barely found a part-time job, and my wife recently had surgery, so we have thousands in medical bills (plus our other bills). None of the facts of this case have changed in the last 6 months, so I do not understand how my unemployment could be suddenly denied. moreMore Medical Supply Stores Results
